Terms of Service

Here are the terms for working with Get Off The Tools ("we", "us", "our"). We have kept them short and straight. By using this website or signing up for a plan, you agree to them.

What we do

We build and run websites, AI systems, CRM and lead systems for electricians and trades businesses, on a monthly subscription. The exact features depend on the plan you choose.

Your plan and payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. The price is whatever was agreed when you signed up.
• No contracts. It is month to month and you can cancel any time. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and does not renew.
• There are no setup fees unless we agree one in writing for custom work.

What you get and what we need from you

We will build and look after your system as described in your plan. To do that we need you to give us the bits we ask for, like your logo, business details and reasonable access, and to get back to us when we need a decision. If we are waiting on you, timelines move.

Our guarantee

We stand behind our work. Where a specific guarantee is stated on our website or agreed with you, such as a go live timeframe or an enquiry guarantee, we will honour it. A guarantee assumes you have given us what we need to do the job.

Your content and your data

You own your content, your brand and your customer data. We only use them to run your service. If you leave, we will help you take your important data with you. How we handle personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use anything we build for anything illegal, misleading or spammy. If a system we run for you is used to break the law or a third party's rules, we may suspend it.

Liability

We work hard to keep everything running, but we cannot promise the internet, third party tools or external platforms will never have an outage. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous month. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can cancel any time. We may end a plan if fees are not paid or these terms are broken. On ending, your access to the service stops at the end of the paid period.

Changes and law

We may update these terms now and then, with the latest version always on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
