How to Get More Google Reviews
Two electricians, same skill, same price. One has 60 Google reviews, the other has four. Guess who gets the call. Reviews are the cheapest marketing there is, they stack up forever, and most sparks never bother. Here is the system.
Ask every time, same day
The single biggest thing: ask every happy customer, the moment you finish, while you are still stood there and they are made up with the job. Leave it till later and later never comes. Make it a habit on every single job.
Make it one tap
Do not tell them to "find you on Google". Send a text with a direct review link they can tap and leave a review in ten seconds. The easier you make it, the more you get. A review-request automation does this on its own the second a job is marked done.
Reply to every review, good or bad
Replying shows you care and it nudges you up Google's rankings. For a bad one, stay calm and sort it in public. A polite, grown-up reply to a moan impresses the next reader more than the moan puts them off.
Let it run on its own
Doing this by hand works, but it slips when you are busy, which is exactly when you forget. We build the review chaser into every electrician setup so it fires automatically after every job. Do this for a year and you will be untouchable in your town.
Or I'll just do the lot for you
